Breakfast, our Kemet Travel Expert Egyptologist will escort you with a private minivan to start our day tour by visiting Sakkara to see The Step Pyramid of Djoser. This pyramid was constructed 4.700 years ago for King Djoser by the legendary architect Imhotep and it was the first pyramid ever built by the Egyptians. Next, you will have your lunch in an authentic restaurant, The Blue Lotus is a taste amazing, a true homemade style environmentally friendly (Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required) , later travel by road to exploring the grandeur of The Great Pyramids, Sphinx, Gaze at the three pyramids, including the Great Pyramid of Cheops, at Giza, you can entre inside any of these burial tombs pyramids ( extra cost ), After that we are going to explore the Sphinx and ruined Valley Temple.at the end of the day , you’ll enjoy a 2-hour Camel ride in the desert with the iconic pyramids as a backdrop. Breakfast – private tour to visit the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir square, then a visit to Citadel of Salah El Din, which was constructed by Salah El Din on the Moqattam hills in 1183 AD. Inside the citadel visit superb mosque of Mohamed Ali alabaster mosque, the most significant in the city. Then a time for a special visit to Coptic and Islamic Cairo to discover the historical churches in the old Coptic Quarter. Enjoy Old Cairo by seeing the Hanging Church that dates back to the 3rd Century. Also see Ben Ezra Synagogue, and Church of Abu Serga, where the holy crypt and family were in hiding. Lunch in an authentic Egyptian restaurant overlooking the Nile, later time to explore El Muzz Street followed by a short walking in Khan el-Khalili alleys of the oldest and the famous bazaar and souks in the historic center of Cairo, Egypt. Established as a center of trade in the Mamluk era and named for one of its several historic caravanserais, the bazaar district has since become one of Cairo’s main attractions for tourists and Egyptians alike. The great hypostyle hall, containing 134 gigantic free-standing columns covering an area of 6,000 square meters, typifies the immense grandeur of the main temple. Later by horse – ride carriage arrives in Luxor Temple at the sunset time, you will be enjoying the visit of Luxor Temple the elegant temple of Luxor, in the heart of the city, parallel to the Nile riverbank, which is considered one of the most majestic architectural wonders of ancient Egypt. Visit the Sanctuary of Amun’s Barque and find out how Alexander the Great wrote himself into Luxor´s history. Later in its history, the temple became a Roman fort, and in the 14th century a mosque, dedicated to Sheikh Abu El Haggag, Luxor´s patron sheikh, was constructed within its walls. Then we will visit The Valley of The Kings and visit the tombs of Pharaohs of different dynasties (including the entrance of three tombs of the available opening tombs of your choice, the tomb of Tut Ankh Amun with extra fees).
