Kemet Travel Representative will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo or Giza to start your day trip to Fayoum Oasis (about 95 KM from Cairo)
08:00Am - 11:00 AmWadi El-Hitan - Wadi El-Rayan Falls
All visits are in Wadi El Ryan, designated as Natural Park Area in 1989. We will start our tour to Wadi El-Hitan Natural Park (Valley of the Whales), about 90 km far from Fayoum. Wadi Rayan consists of two lakes connected by Egypt’s only waterfalls, formed in 1970 by an overflow of drainage water from the farmlands in Fayoum. Wadi El-Hitan or Valley of the Whales is located in the natural Park Area of Wadi El-Rayan and it was designated by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site in recognition of the 40 million year –old whale skeletons found there. On the way to Wadi El-Rayan Water Falls, visit Mudawara Mountain. Then into Wadi El-Ryan Water Falls.

After that enjoy the ruins of Medinet Madi (Ancient City Uncovered) which dates back to the third pharaonic dynasty built by Amenemhet III and completed Amenemhet IV.

Next, you will have your lunch in a good-quality restaurant overlooking the Pyramids with a set menu of grilled chicken/kebab and kofta. (Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required), later your guide will drop you off at your hotel after the tour is finished.
